Cancellation Rights
1. You have a statutory right to cancel this insurance within 14 days of purchase. If you do so cover will cease on the day you cancel. You will be refunded all premium paid provided there is no claim to the policy.
2. You may cancel this policy at any time by giving us 30 days written notice. You will be refunded that part of the premium paid, proportionate to the unexpired period of insurance following cancellation. If you selected to pay by instalments the cancellation will be effective 30 days from the last instalment paid and no further instalments will be due.
3. We can cancel your policy immediately without giving notice if the premium has not been paid when due. In these circumstances you will be given 14 days before the cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation of this policy will not affect any claims or rights you or we may have before the date of cancellation. Should a claim be made to this policy no premium refund will be due under this clause
